Because the ancient Egyptians saw their pharaohs as gods, they carefully preserved their bodies after death, burying them in elaborate tombs containing rich treasures to accompany the rulers into the afterlife. The most famous sarcophagus ever excavated belonged to King Tutankhamun. Discovered in 1922 by the archaeologist Howard Carter in the Valley of the Kings, King Tut’s tomb held a wealth of objects that give us unique insights into the true genius of ancient Egyptian history. Goal: Manipulate the hidden panels and components of the box until it opens, revealing the chamber within.
